Using our services
By placing an order or starting a service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to use the documents you upload.
Quotes and payment
Prices shown are estimates until confirmed on your invoice. Work begins once the invoice is settled. Turnaround times are counted in working days from receipt of payment and final artwork.
Government documentation
We assist with the preparation and submission of citizen documentation. Approval rests with the issuing authority, and we cannot guarantee a particular outcome or timeline. Your reference number is issued when your application is submitted.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of the artwork and documents you supply. Once an order is paid for, the delivered output may be used as you wish, and we may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Liability
We take care to deliver accurate work, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by third-party authorities, couriers or events outside our control.
